Privacy Policy
Effective Date: August 31, 2025
H Lab Limited (the “Company”), a legal entity established in Abu Dhabi, operates the decentralized wallet service Stablez (https://stablez.fi, the “Service”). The Company is committed to protecting users’ personal data and privacy in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) Data Protection Regulations 2021, and international data protection best practices such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
This Privacy Policy outlines the types of data collected through the Service, the limited ways in which such data may be used, and the measures the Company takes to protect user privacy.
1. Collection and Use of Personal Data
The Company does not collect or process any personally identifiable information (PII) through the Service.
However, in the following limited cases, certain data may be temporarily generated or stored on the user’s device:
Customer Support Inquiries: If a user contacts the Company by email, the user’s email address may be visible to support personnel. This information is not stored on the Company’s servers and is used solely to respond to the inquiry.
Service Optimization: The Service may utilize tools such as Google Firebase or other third-party platforms to collect non-identifiable analytics data (e.g., app usage frequency, event logs, and error logs). This information is collected in a strictly anonymized form and used only for service improvement and statistical analysis.
2. Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies or similar tracking technologies may be used during the provision of the Service.
Cookies are small text files stored on the user’s device that help maintain login sessions, improve security and performance, and deliver a customized user experience.
Users can disable or delete cookies through their browser settings.
When Google Analytics is used, data is collected solely for aggregated statistical purposes and is not linked to any other identifiers that would allow identification of individuals.
Users may opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the browser add-on available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
3. Local Storage
The Company does not store users’ transaction history, or private key data on its servers. Instead, such data is stored entirely on the user’s device via local storage.
Examples of data stored locally include:
Wallet setting information, transaction history, etc.
Local storage data remains on the device indefinitely unless manually deleted by the user.
The Company does not access or retrieve any data stored in local storage.
Users may reset or delete local data via app or browser settings.
4. International Data Processing
Anonymized, non-personal usage data collected through analytics or crash monitoring tools may be stored on external servers operated by providers such as Google Firebase. These servers may be located in Abu Dhabi or other jurisdictions.
All such transfers are limited to non-identifiable data and, where applicable, are conducted in accordance with the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) Data Protection Regulations 2021 and applicable international data protection standards.
5. User Rights and Data Controls
As the Company does not collect or process personal data as defined under the ADGM Data Protection Regulations 2021, user rights such as access, rectification, or erasure may not apply. However, users retain full control over any data stored locally on their device and can manage or delete such data at their discretion.
However, users remain in control of their device-stored data and can manually delete or reset stored settings using the methods described as below:
Local Storage Deletion:
Android: Settings → Apps → Stablez → Storage → Clear Data
iOS: Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Stablez → Delete App
6. Data Protection Measures
The Company implements technical and organizational measures to ensure user data remains secure, including:
Wallet data is encrypted and stored locally only on the user’s device. It is never transmitted to or stored by the Company.
Users are solely responsible for safeguarding their seed phrase and access credentials.
The Company is not liable for data loss or exposure resulting from user negligence or compromised devices.
7. Changes to this Privacy Policy
The Company may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced in advance via the Service website or in-app notifications.
The effective date and details of the revision will be clearly stated at the top of this document.
Continued use of the Service after changes are published will be deemed as acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
